Full Registration includes attendance to all sessions from 14 – 17 October 2021. Full registration also includes, one set of Conference proceedings, satchel, name badge, lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments, and entry to the Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner. You can also purchase additional tickets for the social functions.
Day Registration includes attendance to sessions on the nominated day of attendance, one set of Conference proceedings, satchel, name badge, and lunch, morning and afternoon refreshments on the day of attendance. Day registration does not include any of the social program functions. Tickets to attend any of the social functions need to be purchased separately.
Student Registration is open to those who are undertaking full-time study. Your student number and name of university must be submitted for verification when registering.
Please note: Early Bird registrations for the conference must be paid in full. If payment is not received by 6 August 2021, the registration fee will be charged at the standard rate.
Please note that members must enter their membership number in order to receive the members’ rate. These will be checked against our database for currency.

Cancelling your Conference Registration
Cancellations must be received in writing – mail, or email – to Leishman Associates. Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from Leishman Associates. If you have not received acknowledgement within two business days, please contact Leishman Associates on (03) 6234 7844.
Should it be necessary to cancel your registration due to Government imposed travel restrictions, we will provide you with a full refund, minus any bank fees incurred. Evidence may be requested, and each situation scenario will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds for any other reason will adhere to the following cancellation terms:
– Cancellations on and before 90 days prior the event will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
– Cancellations on or before 60 days prior to the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
– Cancellations on or after 30 days prior to the event will receive no refund.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
The members of the Committee and Leishman Associates do not accept any liability for losses incurred in the event being cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances or any other event that renders performance of the event inadvisable, illegal, impracticable, or impossible.
An unforeseen event shall include but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; infectious disease outbreak, industrial disruptions, service provider failures, governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation; or any other emergency.
Non payment of registration does not constitute cancellation of registration or additional activities.
